How to Enter: No purchase necessary. You will be entered in the Bugaboo Creek/Three Rivers Snow Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") by submitting an entry form only at any participating Bugaboo Creek Steakhouse or Three Rivers Snow location. To find a location near you visit www.bugaboocreeksteakhouse.com, www.threeriverssnow.com or www.threeriverswhitewater.com . You may also be entered in the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard to Three Rivers Whitewater, Bugaboo Creek Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 10, West Forks, Maine 04895 which references "BC Contest" and provides your name, address, email, and daytime phone number. Entries will be accepted beginning on November 1st, 2002 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 29th, 2003.

Selection of Winner: A random drawing will be conducted from among all entrants of the Sweepstakes. A random drawing will be conducted on or about January 30th, 2003. All decisions are final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries. The winner and winner’s companions will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and where legal, Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of issuance of notification. Failure to return these documents in the time noted will result in disqualification of the entry and an alternate winner will be selected. The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail. If no response is received within ten (10) days of leaving a message at the telephone number provided or sending the notification e-mail, another winner will be selected.

Entry Limit: Limit (1) entry per person. An e-mail address may only be used once, and not for multiple entrants. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to enter by using multiple e-mail addresses or otherwise will result in disqualification of that individual. By entering, entrants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. Neither Bugaboo Creek Steak House nor Three Rivers Snow will be held liable for any human error, technical malfunction, lost/delayed electronic transmission or postal delivery, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failure or any telephone network or mail delivery service failure, computer equipment, software or inability to access any web site or online service.

Prize: Two (2) snowmobile rentals for the winner and (3) companions (2 tandem snowmobiles). Prize includes snowmobile adventure trip, two (2) overnights of lodging, with meals for winner and three (3) companions. The winner will be required to reserve a date for the white water rafting trip through Three Rivers Snow by February 28, 2003. Reservations will be subject to availability.

One (1) white water rafting trip on either the Kennebec, Dead or Penobscot rivers for winner and three (3) companions. Prize includes rafting adventure trip, two (2) overnights of lodging, with meals for winner and three (3) companions. The winner will be required to reserve a date for the white water rafting trip through Three Rivers Snow by February 28, 2003. Reservations will be subject to availability.

The winner and winner’s companions will be required to travel to a Three River Snow/Whitewater location in the State of Maine, at their own expense in order to redeem the prize. No substitution, transfer or assignment of prize is permitted except that Three Rivers Whitewater reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize becomes unavailable at the time of award. Any taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a winner cannot accept the prize, or elects to not accept the prize, an alternate winner for the prize will be chosen.

Who may enter: The Sweepstakes is open only to residents of the United States of America, including the District of Columbia. All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of Nov. 11, 2002. Void in Puerto Rico and wherever prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Maine and the laws of the United States of America. Employees or immediate family members of employees of Bugaboo Creek Steak House or Three Rivers Whitewater are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Winner and winner’s companions agree that neither Bugaboo Creek Steak House, Three Rivers Snow, nor their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize that many be won. By entry into the Sweepstakes, winners agree to be bound by these official rules and consents to the use of his/her name, city and state of residence and/or photograph for promotional purposes online and off-line without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Three Rivers Whitewater reserves the right to verify eligibility qualification of winner. For the purposes of on-line entries, entry will be declared made by the authorized holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the person assigned to any e- mail address by an Internet provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail address. If the judges determine, in their sole discretion, that there is any suspected or actual electronic tampering with the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to void the entries at issue and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all eligible entries received as of the termination date. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by Bugaboo Creek Steak House, Three Rivers Snow or their agents.

Internet: If for any reason, the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Three River Whitewater reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, BUGABOO CREEK STEAKHOUSE AND THREE RIVERS WHITEWATER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You can also be entered in the Sweepstakes by sending a postcard to Three Rivers Whitewater, P.O. Box 10, West Forks, Maine 04895 which references the Sweepstakes and provide your name, address and daytime phone number. Entries are accepted at anytime, all year long.

No substitution, transfer or assignment of prizes is permitted expect that Three Rivers Whitewater reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that the offered prize becomes unavailable at the time of award.
